I consider myself a baker. I have loved to bake for as long as I remember or least from the time I got married which was a very long time ago 🙂 I like that unlike with cooking, it is best to follow a recipe. Because of an autoimmune issue I now have baking is pretty much a thing of the past for me …but…once in a while I find a recipe that is made with nutrient dense ingredients like my Carob Brownies, and now Molasses Cookies and the Joy of Baking returns. I really wasn’t going to make these but a cousin (Thanks JJ!) got me thinking about baking today and I decided to go ahead and give them a try. Much funner than doing the taxes that was on the agenda!!!
